今天填寫回美證表格 才發現父母的綠卡今年六月份已經過期。

請問： 1） 我們現在就填寫綠卡更新申請

2） 回美證現在能否寄出去？

-Yes. Green card expiration does not affect your permanent resident status, so you still can apply for the reentry permit. Provide the copy of the green card.

還是必須等綠卡更新完成？

-Not need. If you have the I-90 green card renewall receipt notice, then provide the copy of the receipt notice. If you do not have it, it is also OK.
