8老師 急問綠卡過期和回美證問題

今天填寫回美證表格 才發現父母的綠卡今年六月份已經過期。

請問： 1） 我們現在就填寫綠卡更新申請

2） 回美證現在能否寄出去？還是必須等綠卡更新完成？
