朋友兒子16歲，跟目前條件綠卡。去年申請條件綠卡轉正，延期到今年九月，仍然沒有消息。
孩子想回國去國際學校讀完高中，然後回美國讀大學，還有兩年高中。
選擇一：申請AP。但是條件綠卡還沒轉正，今年九月份條件綠卡到期。可能AP也不能申請太久。另外他這兩年還回美國一兩次；
-The kid needs to apply for reentery permit (not AP) which allows him to stay in China for > one year < two years. It is fine for him to use the rrentry permit to come back to US during this period of time. If needed, the kid can come back to US to re-apply for the reentry permit before the old one expires.
選擇二：每年寒暑假來美國住一到兩個月，每年兩次過來。不申請AP。問題是萬一他過不來，是不是出問題。
