-He can leave US after he conducts the biometrics after filing I-131, not needs to wait for the reentry permit approval. Then, you can mail the approved reentry permit to him or he can come back ti US to get it (he will return to US every six months, anyway).

2. 孩子未來想申請公民，reentry permit受影響嗎？

-Irrelevant.
