請問8老師I-130 問題

我是美國公民申請已婚成年的兒子全家移民，priority date is January 27, 2022, receipt date is January 25, 2022. 我的大孫子今年20歲，申請的時候隻有18歲。我的問題是：

1，等候移民要8年，到時我的大孫子會age-out 嗎？

2，我兒子現在離婚了，我需要改I-130 為單身成年的親屬移民嗎？是不是排期會快一點?

3, 什麽時候需要 file DS 260? 大使館會通知我們嗎？
