2. Part 5 other information, 1 我已經給媽媽辦理過，所以選yes, 那麽provide name, place, date of filing, results這裏的3a city or town, 3b state這兩個填什麽呀，是我和媽媽file130時候居住的城市和州嗎？
-Put the USCIS Center where the I-130 was approved (find it from the I-130 Approcal Notice or Receipt Notice). If you lost the Receipt/Approval Notcie, you may put the city and state where the USCIS Field Office is located near you.
