8老師，我母親在美國境內申請485已批準，現在準備給在國內的父親境外申請綠卡，填寫i-130有幾個問題想請教下
1. Part 4 information about beneficiary, 父親準備在中國申請美國綠卡，我是不是應該選擇he will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the US embassy or us consulate in 62a city ir town填Guangzhou, 62b province 填Guangdong, 62c China (中國不管居住地是不是都隻能選擇廣州領事館辦理移民簽證？）
2. Part 5 other information, 1 我已經給媽媽辦理過，所以選yes, 那麽provide name, place, date of filing, results這裏的3a city or town, 3b state這兩個填什麽呀，是我和媽媽file130時候居住的城市和州嗎？
