2）Part 3, Box 1: 這裏如果放未來6個月某個時間，那如果過了這個時間，還沒有批準，是不是這份申請就作廢了，要重新再申請一次? 聽說現在回美證處理很慢，有的申請人綠卡都收到了，回美證都還沒消息，當然也沒有用了。 

一般填unknown或TBD就行，他們會給你正常有效期的AP。我不清楚如果你填一個日期到時候過了會怎麽樣，但是我覺得還是會給你正常有效期的AP。

3）Part 7, on a separate sheet, 還要解釋為什麽符合回美證的資格，這怎麽寫啊， 有沒有範文參考？

不需要寫。part 7說“(See instructions.)”；你有沒有see instructions？instructions第10頁說：

c. Advance Parole Document for Individuals Who Are Currently in the United States
If you are in the United States, you must attach:
(1) A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status, if any, in the United States; and
(2) An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole
Document; or
(3) If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the
adjustment application; or

這裏的“or”就說明第(2)-(5)項裏隻需要其中一個就行。你是I-485（Adjustment of Status）申請者，所以有了I-485收據（第(3)項）就不需要寫解釋（第(2)項）。如果I-131是跟I-485同時遞交，連I-485收據都不用。

4）Part 8，父母年紀都大了，不需要工卡，這裏就都不填 ？

這隻適用於operation allies welcome的人，跟你無關。填no就行。

如果要工卡要填I-765。工卡和AP都是免費的，所以就算不打算需要申請也沒有害處。有工卡可以有SSN、駕照、obamacare、等。
