請教8老師：公民申請父母移民，H4轉B2再file I130可行嗎

媽媽目前是H4，女兒是公民今年8月滿21歲後準備為媽媽申請綠卡，但爸爸已被裁員，媽媽必須轉B2才能留到8月，所以先file i539轉B2，5月到8月用轉B簽證cover status， 8月再file i130有沒有問題？等i130 和i485都file之後再withdraw i539，這樣對嗎？謝謝！
