最近托國內朋友幫父母辦了出生公證，發現我父親的公證有問題。我父親的生母在他很年幼的時候（解放前）就去世了，所以是和父親，繼母長大。可能因為生母啥信息都查不到，所以這次公證書上母親的名字寫的是繼母的名字。但問題是我以前給我爸申請美國探親簽證時填的都是他生母的名字。

所以我現在要擔保他們移民，這個公證書是不是不能用？寫個說明材料會有用嗎，怎麽寫？

-He had better re-do the birth certificate notarization to put his biologiccal parents' names on the birht certificate. Birht certificate needs to have the parents' names, date of birth and place of birth. That is all. So, your father's birht certificate just needs to have his both parents' names only, not need any extra information about his parents.

另外我申請表格要咋填啊？
