我國內醫院工作了8年，現去讀CS博士，全額獎學金，簽證官隻問了兩個問題，學術背景（統計和公共衛生）和為何此時去讀博（工作瓶頸 需進修），就被拒簽了。

中介說我現在36了，是大齡單身女生，不好過。您說 這是不是主要原因呢？

-I do not think so. Normally, there is not age discrimination in the Unite States.

若是這樣，如何才能打消簽證官的疑慮呢？

-You need to have a convincing study plan to justify why you go to study in US and what plan when you return to China after you complete your Ph.D. program in US. For example, because you plan to be a professor at a college/university in China, or you are interested in doing research at a research institute, you need to have a Ph.D. degree. Also, the Ph.D. program you applied for in US is one of the best Ph.D. program in US. Thus, if you study in US to get the Ph.D. degree, that will be very helpful for you to get a posiiton at a college/university or a researh institute when competing with the other applicants for such a position. This is my random thoughts for your reference.

Anyway, you need to have a plan to convince the visa officer you need to study in US and will return to China after you complete the study in US.
