8老師，接上貼11/4/22您回 snowbupt的帖子，您回答第一個問題說“just write a letter to explain it."這個letter是寫給誰呢？怎麽寫呢？多謝！

-Type the letter in the NVC Public Inquiry Form at this link and attach the NVC Notice in the link also and then, submit it to NVC:
