8老師，您好。表姐家請了律師辦理F4移民簽證。但是律師好像不出活，當然申請過程本身很漫長，再加上疫情的關係，現在case的進展完全不知道下一步會是什麽時候。
前幾天case reopened了，但是發現她女兒原來在上麵的，但reopen之後不在上麵了，所以需要律師去跟NVC聯係，把她加上。律師說可能需要2周左右的時間，說他們有專門的渠道和NVC聯係。
這是真的嗎？我看到CEAC上也可以自己申請。

如果在CEAC上自己申請會需要很長的時間嗎，比如兩三個月？
-I don't think so. just add it online and get it done in a few minutes. If NVC send you the invorce to pay the fee without the kid, then contact NVC to see what happen. If the invorces include the kid, that means the kid is in the immigrant list.
這根律師的途徑有區別嗎？
律師真的有他們自己的專門途徑？
