媳婦給嶽父母申請移民，嶽母在美國申請，嶽父在國內申請，嶽父嶽母的i-130是同一天被批準的（上周），媳婦現在在同時給他們分別提交接下來的申請。我們的問題是：嶽父嶽母的分別的兩份 i-864 表上，sponser的人數在每個表上應該隻填寫1個人？還是每個表都需填寫2個人？

-Your spouse only needs to file one I-864 for her mother to file I-485 now. Then, file another I-864 for her father when National Visa Center (NVC) contact her and request her to do it and submit the required documents for her fathert to apply for the immigrant visa in China.

By the way, check the I-130 for her father to see whether she filled the US Consulate in Guangzhou in Items 62.a, 62.b and 62.c in Part 4 of I-130. If yes, just wait for NVC to contact her.

If no, USCIS will not forward the approved I-130 to NVC and thus, she needs to file I-824 which will cost you more extra money and time.

媳婦給嶽母的i-864上填寫如下，能不能請8老師給指正一下錯誤？感謝感謝！！

嶽母的i-864上，4.a. 和 4.b. 媳婦填寫了嶽父的名字，還選了3. 看上去似乎不太對，因為嶽父嶽母的申請沒有間隔6個月以上。選2嗎？選2的話不需要把嶽父的名字寫到4a和4b嗎？

-Choose "Yes" to Item 1 "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2" and leave the other items related to family members blank in this Part 3. Put "1 "in Item 29 of Part 3 and put "1" in Item 1 of Part 5. Do the same way for these items for the I-864 for her father in the future. Your father-in-law is not counted into your total household size in the I-864 for your mother-in-law, i.e., the household size should be 3.

 

But your spouse needs to put "1" in Item 6 of Part 5 in I-864 for her father in the futrue and thus, your household size will be 4.
