 前一陣我在national visa center online 交的材料收到回信並且我的Affidavit of Support Fee Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence 下麵顯示Invalid doc。 移民局說我不能做Joint sponsor 應該是household member. 我們的情況是媽媽是petioner給弟弟申請移民，但是媽媽沒有收入， 和我住在一起，我就把自己作為joint sponsor, 提供了所有的材料。我們的稅表上從來沒有把我母親當作dependent。 移民局的兩封信件見下， 請問8老師和大家， 有過類似經驗嗎？ 我應該如何做？

-Probably your mother listed you as her household member in the I-130. Thus, you cannot be the joint sponsor. 

You may just list you as your mother's household member in all the documents as NVC suggested. Then, your mother files I-864 and you file I-864A. Provide the required documents (such as your W2, tax return of 2021, etc.) for I-864A following the I-864A Instructions.
