前一陣我在national visa center online 交的材料收到回信並且我的Affidavit of Support Fee Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence 下麵顯示Invalid doc。 移民局說我不能做Joint sponsor 應該是household member. 我們的情況是媽媽是petioner給弟弟申請移民，但是媽媽沒有收入， 和我住在一起，我就把自己作為joint sponsor, 提供了所有的材料。我們的稅表上從來沒有把我母親當作dependent。 移民局的兩封信件見下， 請問8老師和大家， 有過類似經驗嗎？ 我應該如何做？
1. Subject: i-864
- 我does not qualify to be a Joint Sponsor. Please add this person as 我母親的名字's Household Member and submit all of their financial documents under 我's name. Visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864a and submit Form I-864A. FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial sponsors, joint sponsors, and applicants should be aware of responsibilities when signing an I-864 and the consequences for a sponsored immigrant's acceptance of federal means-tested public benefits. 2. Subject: Tax Returns
We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please add 我的名字 as a Household Member under我母親的名字 . All documents for我的名字 should be submitted under their own name.
