小孩現在在申請STEM OPT extension因為今年沒抽中H1B；OPT extension期間能申請職業移民嗎？
-Yes, but had better apply for the green card after the OPT extension is approved.
2）Priority date 隻能同一類移民recapture嗎？-Correct.
3）主申請人綠卡剛收到，國內配偶I824是和I485同時提交的，國內配偶需要做什麽？-Prepare the required documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, non-criminal record, etc. By the way, because the spouse is physically present in China, he/she cannot file I-485. He/she has to wait for the I-824 approval and then, apply for the immigrant visa in China.
