並且小孩隻能申請f2b嗎？-Correct because the kid is > 21.
2）職業移民，小孩隻是master degree, 隻能是eb3,或者本科後滿5年upgrade to eb2?
-Either EB2 or EB3 is OK with Master's degree, depends on the job (position) requirements. Talk to the employer and the lawyer.
3）I-824 approval後, USCIS轉case到NVC,NVC通知主申請人交材料交移民簽證費，然後網上提交DS260,郵寄材料到NVC, 等待審結信，這些都是主申請人要做的， 配偶國內等簽證麵試通知，我的理解對嗎？
