請教8老師和大家如果零收入如何填寫I-864表格關於稅表的遞交

我母親在美國一直都是零收入，在填寫I-864表格為我弟弟做申請的時候，有一項“I was not required to file a Federal income tax return as my income was below the IRS reuiqred level and I have attached evidence to support this", 我隻能在這一項打勾，可是需要遞交怎樣的材料去證明媽媽零收入， 還是不用遞交任何材料。另外補充一下，我是joint sponsor可以提供收入證明。 大家一般如何填寫呢？
