Declaration of No Income就是在Part11AdditionalInformation那裏說明是零收入嗎？

非常感謝大家的回答。 不知道Declaration of No Income是有什麽格式或者表格嗎？我目前就是在I864form Part 11 additional Information 那裏備注關於稅表那一項，說明母親是零收入，沒有達到IRS報稅的要求，所以沒有file federal tax return。請問是這樣操作嗎？
