請問駕照被suspend三個月算刑事犯罪嗎？

我的駕照曾經因為沒有auto insurance而被州的department of motor vehicles發現，我交了罰款，同時駕照被suspend了三個月。現在心裏擔心會不會算是刑事犯罪。會不會影響我的身分呢？還請各位大俠指教。萬分感謝了！！！
