1. 不知道國內的弟弟需要準備哪些公證材料？
-His birther certificate, marriage certificate and divorce certificate, Non-criminal record certificate, his child birth certificate.
2. 弟弟離婚， 有孩子，但是沒有小孩的監護權。 看孩子有兩個選項accomany and follow to join。 不知道這兩個選項有什麽區別。
accomany 就是和弟弟一起申請一起來美？
-Yes, apply for the immigrant visa together and come to US together.
那必須要有監護權才能選accomany嗎？
-Yes, your brother needs to get the 監護權 and also get the agreement letter from the child's mother that she agrees the child to immigrate to US with the father.
3. 這個national visa center online case需要在多長時間內把材料交齊呢？有什麽樣的時間限製嗎？
-Your brother needs to submit and DS 260 application for the immigrant visa and all of the required support documents within one year from the date you got the National Visa Center notice.
4. 遞交完online application, 一般多久可以安排到廣州移民簽證麵談？
-Case by case. Hard to say.
