剛給媽媽申請的re-entry permit, 請教幾個問題。

1. 一個人申請re-entry permit 有次數限製嗎？-No. But if you apply for too many times (e.g. > 3 times), USCIS may not approve it unless very strong justification. 第二次申請最好間隔多長時間呢？-Not required specifically.

2. 假如打完指紋之後，批準之前離開美國，去了中國。後來批準文書寄到了美國的地址，可以由我郵寄到中國給我媽嗎？還是必須申請讓移民局寄到中國的領事館，再由我媽去領事館領取？

-You had better receive it for her and mail it to your mother.

3. 假如2021年7月回中國，但是re-entry permit 是2021年10月才批下來，那最後返美期限是2023年7月

 

還是2023年10月？-Yes.
