今天律師那邊說我先生原來的H1還沒有被withdraw, 我想問這是什麽意思？說明我們之前的H1還有效嗎？-No.

我們目前不算grace period 嗎？-The grace period became when your spouse lost the job no matter whether the H-1 was withdrawn or not. But if the H-1 was not withdrawn, USCIS may not realize your spouse lost job in a very short period of time.
