舊的H1還沒有被withdraw是什麽意思

再來請教一下8老師，

今天律師那邊說我先生原來的H1還沒有被withdraw, 我想問這是什麽意思？說明我們之前的H1還有效嗎？我們目前不算grace period 嗎？
