但是我先生要跟我一起提交I539A，所以有點困惑，還是選A, YES, FILED WITH THIS FORM 539?
Q4: Part4. 4. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other individual included in this application 我們的綠卡申請隻進行到 I140, 這個問題是NO 嗎？-You need to say "No" , but your spouse needs to say "Yes" to the same question if asked in I-539A because his employer filed the I-140 for him.
Q5: Public benefits 不是很明白這個。今年stimulus check有收到，算嗎？-No. Choose "No, I have not received any of the above....".
還是選No, I am not certified to receive any above?
最後一個不是填表問題。如果我先生轉為F2，未來找到工作再轉H1B時是不需要再參與抽簽的吧？-Correct.
