Q1: Part1. 15.b. current visa expiration date 我現在的H4是到今年8月1號，已經延期至2023年的8月1號。還是寫Grace period 結束的日子？這三個日子要寫哪一個？
Q2: Part2. 3.b. New status and effective date of change 這個要寫8月17號學校秋季開學的日期嗎？
Q3: Part3. 3.a. Is this application based on a seperate petition or application to provide your spouse, child or parent an extention or change of status 我的理解是NO, 對嗎？但是我先生要跟我一起提交I539A，所以有點困惑，還是選A, YES, FILED WITH THIS FORM 539?
Q4: Part4. 4. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other individual included in this application 我們的綠卡申請隻進行到 I140, 這個問題是NO 嗎？
Q5: Public benefits 不是很明白這個。今年stimulus check有收到，算嗎？還是選No, I am not certified to receive any above?
最後一個不是填表問題。如果我先生轉為F2，未來找到工作再轉H1B時是不需要再參與抽簽的吧？我理解是不用，想求證一下。
我們這種情況是不是不能申請unemployment benefit的？
