I-140在提交時選擇的領事程序，批準後因主申請人在美國境內，就提交了I-485。現主申請人的I-485已經批準，孩子在美國境內也剛提交I-485，配偶在國內想繼續走領事程序。請問：
1.何時、通過何種途徑可以要求USCIS將主申請人的case轉到NVC，以便配偶走領事程序。此前聯係過NVC，說case在USCIS那裏。

2.這種情況，配偶是否也可以先以B1/B2入境，然後提交I-485。-It is possible. But don't file I-824 in this case.
