I-140在提交時選擇的領事程序，批準後因主申請人在美國境內，就提交了I-485。現主申請人的I-485已經批準，孩子在美國境內也剛提交I-485，配偶在國內想繼續走領事程序。請問：

1.何時、通過何種途徑可以要求USCIS將主申請人的case轉到NVC，以便配偶走領事程序。此前聯係過NVC，說case在USCIS那裏。

-You need to file I-824 to request USCIS forward the document to NVC for process for your spouse to apply for the immigrant visa using Following to Join benefits (i.e. select "1. c. ..... follow-to-join" category in Part 2 of I-864). Read this link:

2.這種情況，配偶是否也可以先以B1/B2入境，然後提交I-485。-It is possible. But don't file I-824 in this case.
