我的情況是：

我是petitioner

父親一個I-130 petition; 母親一個I-130 petition

完全用我自己的income, 去年是married file separately; 正在辦離婚，婚姻狀態是separated

 

是不是我可以用I-864EZ?

-Had better use I-864.

我隻需要

2018年的IRS tax transcript, 不需要過去三年的？也不需要W-2 或者1099，或者pay stub, 或者其他asset證明？

我的household size是四個人，我本人，一個小孩，和正在申請綠卡的父母。去年收入超過$32,187, 不需要joint sponsor.

裏麵有一段

If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years. 

 

也就是說可以提供過去三年的tax transcripts?
