今天我進https://ceac.state.gov/IV 付了費，AOS和IV 狀態都是 in process.
剛剛想起來，第一步是要選agent. 可是登陸後發現，Choise of Address and Agent 那個tab是gray的，也就是我不能選。
是不是要等fee processed之後我才能選agent呢？謝謝
