各位，你好！對不起，沒有打招呼就直接詢問了（在法律壇谘詢後 建議來找8老師）。十幾年前入籍時更改了姓和名，但把原來的名字放在中間名。入籍的時候，隻看到入籍的ceritification上把原來的名字放在中間，兩頭的姓和名都更正無誤，就根本沒有注意更改名字的另一張文件把原來名字的Firstname 和 last name,放在firstname上，把要求改的lastname已經放在lastname上。現在要去領館辦證明“你是你”的三級公正上遇見原來的lastname 不符合原來護照上的姓。現在發現這個問題，不知怎樣去更正十多年前的錯誤。請您給予幫助，什麽樣文件說明？已去過所在地區的probation 但說要回到當初移民局拿入籍certification 的地方，但現在已經是公民，怎麽有理由再回到移民局呢？
不知道我說清楚沒有，那麽我來做個例子：
原來中文名（出國時護照）：張方 / ZHANG FANG
入籍時改名：Charles Fang Zhang Smith (駕照，護照，SS一直延用這個合法名字）
改名字文件中原名字填寫處(是用打字機打的字）：ZhangFang Smith (ZhangFang在Frist Name的地方，Smith在Last Name的地方 — 這個是錯誤！根本不應該出現有要求改的last name!)

-You may just go to the local court and ask the judge to fix it. Bring all of the related documents.
By the way, although you made the name change when you got the US citizenship, it is irrelevant to the immigration because it actually the judge made the name change for you at that time, not the immigration officer. So, just go to the court and I believe the judge will fix it for you there.
