請問倆個petition處理次序的問題

轉F-1時收到Request for Evidence （REF）， 現在又想轉O-1 (premium process). 如果交REF則擔心F-1如果後批會supersede O-1. 如果不交REF，又擔心O-1如被拒則失去身份。不知如何是好。能否再REF 或 O-1申請中表明自己有乃一個petition存在並且自己preferO-1?
