我的朋友申請485遇到麻煩了，公司律師也不給力，我就告訴他可以來問問8老師。
我朋友是O1入境想交485（EB1A, 140批準了），但是他以前交過一個140和485（舊140被拒了，485還沒有收到拒信，AP和EAD還在有效期內）
1. 律師已經幫他request relink新140 和舊485了但是一時還沒消息。他現在想用AP回國可以嗎？-Contact USCIS for the pending I-485 status before leaving using this AP. If the I-485 has been denied, he cannot use the AP anymore.
那個relink 怎麽知道已經被relink 了呢？

2. 律師說可以幫他交個新的485，131，和765，拿到485 收據後申請加急AP。可是我朋友舊485 的AP還沒過期，能申請加急AP嗎？

3. 我朋友現在想交個新485，試試能不能拿到加急AP。如果拿不到加急AP他也得回國，那樣他是不是485 就白交了？
