1. 在要求提交的supporting document裏，court records with translation，知道是指法院的，這裏包括離婚判決嗎？-Yes.
2. police of certificate 指什麽呢？
是無犯罪記錄嗎？-Right.
3. Affidavit of supports就是要求我父親遞交的材料裏，petitioner's civil documents 指什麽呢？-e.g. copy of his US passport or naturalization certificate.
4. proof of relationship就讓我爸手寫個聲明說我是他女兒就可以嗎？-No! He needs to provide the copy of your birth certificate. If you have a 戶口本 which includes your name and your parents' names, then you had better do the 戶口本公證, and provide it also,
5. 還要求我父親提供資產，收入等證明，可我父親是我兄弟擔保過來的，他沒有工作和收入啊，這種情況會不會被拒啊，因為我父親沒有能力support我，但我兄弟們可以
