8 老師， 我們現在EB3 current, 但是女兒F1 簽證，一月初去了加拿大幾日，請問她可以現在轉H4簽證，然後和我們一起在2月份file 485? 謝謝您
-Yes, but make sure the US Consulate in Canada accept her H-4 visa application there if she is not a Canada citizen. She also can file I-485 with you as F-1 student (F-1 status) if she wants.
