謝謝8老師，她自己希望以F1身份申請，這樣她有機會用OPT在夏天實習。-She can use I-485 based EAD to work (實習) if she files I-485 as H-4 holder. So, OPT is not important at all.

隻是聽說F1 簽證在file 486 前3個月不可以出國，不知是否有這樣的規定？謝謝
-No. If she files I-485 as F-1 student, she cannot leave US after filing I-486 without advance parole. If she uses AP to travel, she will lose F-1 status.
