請教8老師visa interview的問題，多謝

為女兒（14歲）file I-130 FA2時，她的身份是H-4（2017年7月到期），我（H1-B）已於2016年9月拿到綠卡，不過女兒一直留在美國讀書。現在收到NVC的信讓帶女兒去廣州visa interview。

想請教8老師：1，能不能向NVC說明女兒一直留在美國讀書，希望在美國進行visa interview？

 2，如果去廣州，拿到的是綠卡還是visa? 幾天能拿到？

3，如果是visa，什麽visa？
