八老師我正在準備提交I864 和相關材料，麻煩請問下幾個問題：
I. I864上父母在國內的地址需要準確翻譯嗎？有的國內的地址翻譯過來很長也不太準確，這有關係嗎? （看了別的貼，好像不很準確也沒關係）-Fine.
2. I864 上要求填寫三年的tax income，但我隻準備了2016年的tax transcript. 這樣可以嗎？-You need to report the tax returns of the last 3 years on I-864, but you are only required to provide the copy of tax return of the latest year (2016).
3. Cover sheet 上
Proof of Domicile................................. ……..[ ] [ ] [X ] 我住在美國，所以不需要？看到你答複別的帖子了，應該是不需要。-Correct.
Petitioner's Civil Documents................. …[ ] [ ] [ X] 我自己的出生公證？看你答複別的帖子，是護照，出生證，結婚證 都需要嗎？-provide what apply to you.
4. 無犯罪證明？-- 我父母在國內辦綠卡，這個需要提供嗎？-Yes, they need to provide it during the interview.在哪個階段提供？
5. 我和LG聯合報稅，但我用自己收入單獨擔保。這種情況需要把LG算在# of household嗎？-No if he has income. Part 6 #2 填了我的收入，在後麵需要也把LG的收入列出來嗎？-No if you don't use his. 如果不列出來的話， #15 Total 就隻有我自己的收入，而後麵要填的taxable income 我隻有兩人聯合報稅的數目，這樣好像不匹配啊。-Your W-2 will tell your personal income.
6. 看別的帖子都有file I- 485, 但我隻記得做過I-130,&I-260吧。 I-485什麽時候file呢？我父母在國內辦綠卡。-No I-485 is needed in your parents' case.
