我朋友要在廣州領事館辦理職業移民簽證，他是EB1A, 現在還沒雇主，估計麵試前能拿到offer letter。他有幾個DS260 的問題想請教您。下麵是他的問題
1. 在Petitioner Information裏，Petitioner is my那一項，我本人，主申請人選了self. 我太太和孩子選什麽呢？
--Your wife and kid need to fill their DS 260, respectively. The petitioner is also you, but they are your derivatives for the immigrant visa application, not the beneficiary.
選other嗎？可是又要求我填公司的地址電話等。我目前還沒拿到offer letter.
-Ignore it.
2. 我太太以前在美國申請過485，但是由於140 被拒導致485 被拒。由於她是AOS身份，所以485被拒以後她應該馬上就變為非法停留了吧？不過她以最快的速度離開了美國，差不多非法停留了30 多天。下麵的問題該怎麽回答？
是回答yes 嗎？如果是，我該怎麽解釋呢？
-Say "Yes", and explain that "needed about 30 days to prepare for leaving US".
3. 郵寄地址可以填美國朋友家的地址嗎？ 我怕中國地址郵丟了或者有延遲。
-You may try, but I am not sure it works with 100% unless you identify your friend as your agent.
4. 交了ds260後，Step 4: Collect Financial Documents. 我需要提交什麽？我目前沒有美國雇主。
-That will be an issue. I have no idea about it because you are employment-based.
