8老師，我去年換了工作，現在的工作和舊工作不是similar job. 現在公司給我重新辦了140。我用舊工作拿到485 後eb2就大水退回去了，所以沒有綠卡還。我現在工作已經拿到perm。可以立刻premium 申請140。這樣舊485可以link到新的140。

我可以立刻換和現在公司類似的工作了嗎？

大概還有兩三個月就current了。但是太不喜歡現在的工作，急於換工作。如果現在公司不故意revoke 140是不是就沒事？
-USCIS may ask your working status, and if your new job is in the same or similar field as your old I-140, then if will be fine, but if it is different from both I-140, you will be trouble. I would like to suggest you to stay with the employer until you get green card. In this stage, the green card is much more important than a job you like.
