8老師，我去年換了工作，現在的工作和舊工作不是similar job. 現在公司給我重新辦了140。我用舊工作拿到485 後eb2就大水退回去了，所以沒有綠卡還。我現在工作已經拿到perm。可以立刻premium 申請140。這樣舊485可以link到新的140。

I would like to suggest you to stay with the employer until you get green card. In this stage, the green card is much more important than a job you like.
