我先生持E3來美工作，我是E3d，最近先生回澳度假中直接和美國公司辭職，最後工作日為7月7號。他走時是答應於7/4回來至少等我把轉F1的申請交出再辭職。學校的I-20還沒拿到，雖然10個working day前已經收到通知，昨天打電話去問，被告知I-20正在issue, 這周會ready。另外我兩個孩子是美國出生的，和我在一起. 我之前和學校說是要境內轉， 但目前的狀況， 我老公的I 94已經拿不出，如果境內轉，材料交不全了， 可如果我出境重簽， 也顧慮被拒， 同時我兩個孩子沒人照顧， 孩子們早就訂好的夏校和義工將無法繼續。請問，如果繼續境內轉，申請信以為什麽要在美上學為重點，
-That is required for the F-1 student. You must address why you want to study in US, and what your plan is in your country after you complete your study in US. The law require that F-1 students have to have the intent to return to their home country after they complete they study in US. Although you may change your mind to immigrate to US in the future, you have to convince USCIS that you plan to return to your country when you apply for the F-1 student (no immigrant intent).
