Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? 

 

我先生的140已經批準了 （Petitioned by his employer, and only his name shows under beneficiary in the approval form) 。他現在還是 H-1B; 我是 H4。 請問老師，現在這題我應該答  YES or NO？

-Say "No". His I-140 has nothing to with you.
