2.  是的， 我們填了三份Form DS-260, 每人一份。

3.  看來像您說的，提交了材料後，我們要聯係美領館，因為從現在到3/7 還有不到20天的時間了。材料目前還沒有送到中信，如果再等收到領館的 interview appointment notice 之後再去做，就來不及了。是否有可能interview 的時間會調整？

-It should have enough time to prepare after you get the appoinment notice. However, you may prepare some documents now, such as notarization for marriage certificate, birth certificate, non-criminal record, etc. , and may also conduct physical exam (note: physical exam report is only valid for 6 months).
