真的沒有人知道怎麽轉換一個485兩個140的問題嗎

一個140被批， 另一個仍然pending. 在140批準前同時遞了485。 可惜連到的是仍然pending 的140。

到底怎麽可以轉換485到已經批準了的140上啊?

難道真的沒有人有同樣的問題和經曆?
