I just have caught a glimps of that letter, it is very short. I don't remember exactly. A few sentences, will be OK, be sure include the following info:

1) your 140 has been approved on...(a copy was attahced)
2) you're eligible to ajust status

You also need to mention your 485 RD No.in the letter and attach a copy of your 485 receipt.

I really wonder if the transfer of 485 to local is a good thing. Seems INS has processed my 485 case and it is moving to next stage
