我媽用B-2簽證到美國，三個月後給她申請綠卡， 本人是公民。8月中旬遞交材料，收到了掛號信的回執。但自那之後，快6個月了，沒有任何別的信息， 支票沒有兌錢，也沒有什麽case number，打指模之類，石沉大海。

這正常嗎？要去問嗎？怎麽問？

-It is very unusual. It seems your materials were lost. Normally, if USCIS received your case applicaiton, they should should have sent you the receipt notice in about 2 to 4 weeks (if accepted), or return the application packet to you with a rejection notice (not accepted).

You need to track with the Post Office or Delivery company to check who signed the packet receipt.
