再次緊急請教8老師關於綠卡申請問題

1.485申請被退回兩次。case status上說we rejected your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, because it was not filed correctly. 所需文件就是上麵所列的嗎？還需要其他文件嗎？我放了I-131和I-765 form,和其他文件。可能非必需的文件放的太多了。想跟您確認隻是需要以下文件嗎？下麵是之前請教您的問題和回複。

-It is very simple, not need lawyer. Provide the completed I-485 and G-325A, the copy of your spouse's green card (both front and back sides), the copy of I-140 approval notice, the copy of I-485 approval notince, the copy of your marriage certificate, copy of your birthdate ceritificate, copy of your passport information page with the visa page and entry stamp page, your current I-94 (print it out online at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home ), and I-693 physical exam.“

2.支票上一定需要在本人地址下麵寫上電話號碼嗎？

3.上次發的支票被USCIS蓋了章，說明支票有問題嗎？這張支票不能再用了吧？

4.可以用Money Order支付嗎？怕支票寫的不合要求。

5.請查看附件圖片。

6.USCIS的Rejection Notice(I-797C)需要回郵給他們辦公室嗎？

7.打了好幾天電話也沒告訴到底哪裏不對。可否放一張紙說如果再次Rejection, 懇請說明具體的問題所在。不知道這種行為是否恰當？
