1.485申請被退回兩次。case status上說we rejected your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, because it was not filed correctly. 所需文件就是上麵所列的嗎？

-Yes. You need to check whether you chose the correct application type in I-485 in Part 2; i.e. you need to choose "b." in Part 2. If you chose the correct application type in your previous applications, I don't understand why USCIS rejected your application. You may visit the local USCIS Office and show your previous application materails to the IO there to see what they think.

還需要其他文件嗎？我放了I-131和I-765 form,和其他文件。可能非必需的文件放的太多了。想跟您確認隻是需要以下文件嗎？

-It is very simple, not need lawyer. Provide the completed I-485 and G-325A,  the copy of your spouse's green card (both front and back sides), the copy of I-140 approval notice, the copy of I-485 approval notince, the copy of your marriage certificate, copy of your birthdate ceritificate, copy of your passport information page with the visa page and entry stamp page, your current I-94 (print it out online at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home), and I-693 physical exam.“
