1 "沒有經過孤兒院的棄嬰移民" is fine. No need to "試試能否轉入孤兒院辦手續". First need to apply Chinese passport for your daughter. then apply B2 visa. then daughter come to US and live together for mininum 2 years, then I-130, I-485 for green card for your daughter.

2 "B2簽證，5歲的孩子" will be done through CTIC bank, no need to "麵視".
